Alumni Association is administered by an Alumni Committee. The alumni association is very active to promote interactions and camaraderie among the alumni, staff and the management. Besides helping the alumni in all possible ways, it also lends its support to the college to achieve its cherished goals, its vision and mission. The latest get-together of alumni was held on 15th March, 2009 at Hotel Vijay Park, Mr.  T.V.Subbarao was the Chief guest and Mr.Saravana Chandran from EEE department received the best Alumni Award.

PRIZES, AWARDS AND SCHOLARSHIP FOR MERITORIOUS STUDENTS

The College has been prompt and generous in recognizing, appreciation and encouraging the meritorious students towards excellence in curricular and extra curricular activities. Special Cash Prizes are awarded to the students securing ranks and prizes in : Paper Presentation in Symposia / Conference, Quiz, Publication of Research Papers in Journals & Proficiency in R & D activities. Cash Prizes, Certificate of Appreciation and Books are awarded for the Students securing first or second rank in every semester or every year or securing centum in individual subjects or for 100% attendance in every academic year.  The faculty members who produce 90% and above results are awarded cash prize for each subject in departmentwise.

J.Balagujambal Memorial Merit Award: This award is presented to the University Rank Holders.

J.Gajalakshmi Memorial Merit Award: This award is for the college topper.

C.Paranthaman Memorial Award: For the students having 100% attendance.

J.Manimegalai Memorial Award: For the extra curricular activities.
