Sadbhavana Diwas

The unit conducted Debate programme on the topic "Anu Sakthi Abathirka Amaithika" (Atomic Power for peace or destruction). On 21.08.2011 as part of celebration "Sadbhavana Diwas", birth date of Rajiv Gandhi. UNO Awardee Mr.N.Ramakrishnan, HOD of English Dept., Vidhayasagar Women's College, Chengalpattu was the chief guest and speaker of the day.

Personality Development Programme

Conducted "Personality Development Programme" on 12.09.2010 on the topic "Barriers in Communication". Ln.Dr.Thiruvalluvar, Ex-President of Lions club of Metro Central was the chief guest of the day.

NSS Day Celebrations

Two seminars was conducted as a part of "NSS day Celebrations" on 28.09.2010. One Seminar on "Environmental Pollution" by Dr.M.Ramakrishna Rao, Professor in Bio Tech Dept., Bharat University. Second on "Role of Students in Present Society", by Mr.N.Ramakrishnan.

Conducted seminar on "Awareness on Blood Donation" on 23.10.201. Ln. Suresh Kumar, Blood Bank Coordinator was the chief guest of the day.

Conducted "Blood Donation Camp" along with "Lions club of Anna Nagar" on 13.11.2001.About 216 units of blood were collected on that day .

Inaugural of Student Exnora

Inaugural of "Student Exnora" in association with Youth Exnora International on 30.03.2011. "Mr. John Alex, Trustee & Treasurer, Exnora International, Head Organizer TN, UGN Austria, Past District Chairman (Environment) Lions Clubs International, Charter Member, TN Association of Voluntary Blood Donors, Ex-Chief Manager IOB was the chief guest of the day. Ms. Radhika, Faculty, One World Academy was another chief guest of the day. Mr. S. Rajesh Co-coordinator, Student Exnora was also present on that day.
