ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF TPO
- Organizing Campus Interviews for all the Final Year Students.
- Conducting "Campus Residential Program" every year.
- Conducting "Career Guidance Program" for all the Pre Final Years.
- Conducting "Value Added Courses" for core and circuit branches.
PLACEMENT TRAINING
The Training and Placement Office Organizes a various of training program for the students of all semesters with the help of in house experts and experts drawn from professional agencies. The activities are proved exceptionally useful in shaping the career of the student. The Staff members of the placement work together as a team in moulding the students to the requirements of various industries. Several Career guidance program, reasoning tests, aptitude tests, Puzzle Solving, Group Discussions, Mock Interviews, Brain Storming Sessions, Core Discussion, Pick and Speak, Communication Skills and sharing their experiences etc., are organized on regular basis in order to motivate and develop the personality of the students.
- In the Academic Year 2006 - 2007, TPO has placed 95% of our eligible students in major MNC's through campus Interviews.
- In the academic year 2007-08, TPO has placed 95% of the students in major MNC's through On-Campus interviews.
- In the year 2008-09, TPO has placed more than 70% of the students in major MNC's
- In the year 2009-10, TPO has placed more than 85% of the students.
- In 2010-11, TPO has placed more than 90% of the students.
